Event Terms and Conditions
PRIVACY & SECURITY Your privacy is very important! TheAmerican Dog Breeders Association Inc. & American Dog Breeders Show Inc. respect your privacy. That means we do not sell, loan, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties. PERIOD! To serve you, we do use email or mailing addresses to advise customers of order status, etc. Basic information about you is required in order to complete your purchase transaction. This information may include (but is not limited to) your first and last name, email address, credit card information, billing address and shipping address. Phone numbers are also required in case we need to contact you about your current order. We use a Third Party Server with SSL encryption for all of our transactions, which means your credit card and personal information is encrypted during transmission and then stored on a secure server. Your credit card is charged only when your order is complete and your credit card information is never re-used (except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments). By using this site, ADBA.CC, you signify your concsent to the above policies and procedures. Changes in our privacy policy (if any are made) will be posted to this page.
On-Line pre registration policy: No refunds will be given for any on-line registration. On-line registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. Entry payment is only valid for the specific club, day and event(s) as printed on contestants entry form receipt. Entry form must be submitted to the registration desk the day of the event to compete in any/all ADBSI sanctioned events. All event class pre-registration information will be verified by the hosting club the day of show. Weight pull classes will be determined the day of event. Be sure to print out a seperate entry form for ALL events you have pre-registered and paid entry to, and take it with you the day of show. This is your proof of payment and must be submitted to the club's registration table. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. RULES and LIABILITY WAIVER

All dogs must be A.D.B.A. registered to enter any ADBSI sanctioned event. (Dogs ADBA registration paper(s) or Show & Pull ID card must be presented when registering for event)

No puppies or dogs allowed on the premises - for sale or otherwise - unless entered in one the day’s sanctioned events.

All children on premises must have adult supervision at all times.

All dogs will be secured in dog crates and attended to at all times. Crates must be in good condition.

Dogs will be held in designated holding area until called for participation.

While participating in event(s), leads are to be no longer than 4 feet and attached to a “belt buckle” collar. Collar must be secure. No “flex” leads, “quick release” snaps, or “choke chains” allowed.

There will be no “facing-off” of dogs, “challenges” or un-sportsman like conduct allowed.

No spayed or neutered dogs - No bitches in heat allowed.

Inappropriate and/or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any dog showing aggression to humans, or humans showing aggression to dog, will be barred from participation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
*AGREEMENT*
I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am duly au thorized agent to the actual owner. Facing off or challenges of dogs will forfeit participation and entry fee. I personally assume all responsibility and liability for this dog and hold harmless the club hosting this event and all other part ies from any claim, loss, or injury. I attest that my dog has had a rabies vaccination and is current on all other inoculations including Parvo. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the above and hosting club.
